A beautiful outfit implies beautiful content.
Illusory content.
Because we know illusory content (“fake packaging”) is a phenomenon (“don’t judge the book by its cover”) and a well dressed or handsome person may well turn out to be as conscious as a unicellular organizm (“mokeys in tshirts”).
There certainly exists a share of beautiful microbes (and humans). The world is an illusion if you choose.
