ILLEGAL ARMS TRADE: The US ambassador to South Africa, Reuben Brigety, previously accused Pretoria of trading arms with Russia. Though he later withdrew the accusation, it appears that the Russian ship 𝘓𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘙, did, in fact, ship arms to Russia.
