NIGHT OF RECKONING: RU fired 81 missiles of various types at UKR last night, as well as 8 Shahed 136s. Only 38 of these missiles were shot down. The lower interception rate likely reflects a change in launch tactics by RU. Ukraine desperately needs upgraded air defense weapons.
