QUALITY PARTS? @derspiegel reports that companies aligned with China's PLA Air Force planned to deliver spares for Russia's Su-27 fighters. It has not occurred to Moscow that these would be knock-off parts from China’s J-11 knock-off of the Russian Su-27. Good luck with that.
