TARGET KYIV: Ukraine said that 18 Russian missiles were shot down in an overnight attack on the city. The raid alert sounded at around 02:30 local time (23:30 GMT) and was lifted two hours later. This was the 8th attack to hit the capital this month. bbc.com/news/world-europe-65…
