TECHNOLOGICAL EDGE: @noclador shows a Russian laser contraption (left), and a US Joint Effects Targeting System (JETS) on the right. The JETS can light up targets for laser-guided munitions, but also 'pulse' to locate bad guys-- then digitally communicate their exact location.
