THE PRUGE: Vyacheslav Rovneiko, an ex-KGB officer who became an energy magnate and RU oligarch was found unconscious in his Moscow home. He was later pronounced dead. Rovneiko's cause of death is 'under investigation', and likely to become a Cold Case shortly.
