I'm the kind of person who hears that and says "I just found my new ringtone" (in the Ugly Betty style) although I suspect it might attract something they like to call "Incitement to Racial Hatred".
So you tell me, if you heard that go off in a public space would you consider this to be offensive? Obviously, if the answer is yes we all know what is going to happen.
