I may mention/boost drugs without CWs - disabling #fibromyalgia means I struggle with #chronicPain and persistent memory problems, which is why I also:

* fave more than I boost and post followers-only predominantly,
* may mention drugs that aren't legal,
* type like absolute rubbish at times.

I struggle mightily to tell one emoji from another (or see them at all, really), and thus may ignore them.
