I’m a mechanical engineer by training working in new product development (R&D) at a large medical device company. In my "spare time" I enjoy programming, building / repairing electronics, and the outdoors. In addition I have a passion around open source software, internet privacy, self sufficiency, and generally trying to simplify software and reduce bloat.
