各位用户已可以创建以中文为名字的博客，或者将已有博客名字改为中文。
此外就编辑器问题和开发者交流了一下，开发者目前已经发现RTF（新版）编辑器会出现各种各样的bug，推荐大家暂时还是使用经典编辑器。
